Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Please note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain pieces are final and cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or limited-edition releases

  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only, based on availability.

  • If your desired size is in stock, we will gladly exchange your item

  • If unavailable, store credit will be issued

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Store Credit

If you prefer, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund—giving you the freedom to select something that better aligns with your style and intention.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
